Thoracic- Paraspinal Self-Stretch (flexion)

You are here:
- Sit on edge of the table with feet apart touching the floor
- Interlock hands in and straighten arms in front of you
- Bend forward to stretch thoracic and scapular areas
- Hold stretch (10-15 seconds) and Repeat (3-5 times)
Note: Can also do this in the standing position
