PS1 Bilateral
Treatment: Posterior-to-anterior pressure on opposite sacral ILA (rotates sacrum around oblique axis)

PS2-4 Midline
Treatment: Posterior-to-anterior pressure midline on sacrum, inducing sacral flexion or extension
(transverse axis)

PS5 Bilateral
Treatment: Posterior-to-anterior pressure on opposite sacral base (rotates sacrum around oblique axis)
