Standing
- Rest one leg stretched out on table or stool
- Lean into stretch
Table
- Lay supine, and extend leg into the air
- Use band if available/needed to aid in stretching
Seated
- Sit on the ground with butt and back against the wall
- Lift leg towards the ceiling or bend forward and try to touch your toes
Repeat 2-3 times a day
