Hamstring Stretches

You are here:

Standing

  • Rest one leg stretched out on table or stool
  • Lean into stretch

Table

  • Lay supine, and extend leg into the air
  • Use band if available/needed to aid in stretching

Seated 

  • Sit on the ground with butt and back against the wall 
  • Lift leg towards the ceiling or bend forward and try to touch your toes 

            Repeat 2-3 times a day
